The image above is of a sample of pollen. It shows individual pollen grains that are yellow.
The sample was obtained from yellow flowers near the Turtle Pond (1200 E California Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91125) at 1:15 pm, 5/5. It was obtained by picking a couple of the anthers from a flower and using the pollen from those. The plant species of the pollen is Yellow daylily.
