Figure 1 is a foldscope image of the stamen of a Hibiscus flower. Small pollen particles from the stamen are the most visible as small yellow balls with rough surfaces. A picture of the flower from which the sample was obtained is also included (figure 2). The sample was obtained outside of the south face of Page house on Caltech’s campus on May 9th, 2019 at 12:30 pm by removing the stamen and placing them on a glass slide with a coverslip.
