These are images of a hibiscus flower pollen sample at different magnifications. The sample was obtained from a hibiscus bush located on the south side of Page House at Caltech at 4:00PM on May 10, 2019. The sample was obtained by dusting off pollen from the inside of a flower picked from the bush onto a glass slide. The plant was determined to be the rosa-sinensis species of the Hibiscus genus of the Malvaceae family.
