This is a sample of pollen from the yellow daylily under the foldscope. It was obtained outside Caltech’s Human Resources office at 3:52 PM. The sample was collected by plucking the anther from a lily and then transferring the pollen to a slide. The plant species is most likely the yellow daylily ( Hemerocallis lilioasphodelus ). #caltechbi1
