A picture of where the flower was collected Attached above is the magnified image of a pollen sample from a Red Sweet-Brier flower. The pollen are oval shaped with a hint of yellow. The sample was collected in the flower bed next to the Millikan Pond on the Bridge Annex side at 4:15PM on May 10th, 2019. The pollen sample (along with the anthers and the stigma) were scraped off the flower using a Q-tip into a glass slide, and a cover slip was placed over the sample and taped into place. The plant species of the flower is Rosa rubiginosa.
