The image shows a bunch of strands. The strands seem to be mostly aligned in one of two directions, resulting in mostly vertical and horizontal lines. These lines form boxes, which appear brighter than the lines that border the boxes.
The sample was taken from Page house room 143 in the California Institute of Technology from a Kleenex container at 1:51 pm on 5/28/19. The sample was prepared by tearing a small piece of the tissue and placing it on the slide.
