<p>
 A filament of the tree standing in Avery House’s inner courtyard at Caltech was collected on May 28th, 2019 at around 3pm. The foldscope image of the filament and the tree itself can be seen below. The sample image was taken by removing a tiny portion of the branch filament and placing it onto a glass slide.
