Picture taken inside Avery room. The sample was collected around 9:10 pm on Wednesday May 29, 2019 inside an Avery room at Caltech. The hair root was obtained by pulling out the hair. Under the Foldscope, we can see the hair root is oval shaped and bigger in diameter than the rest of the strand is. #caltechbi1
