 This is where the sample was obtained. The location was outside of Ruddock House near the bike rack on San Pasqual St, specifically at the area marked in blue in the map below. The time it was obtained was May 29, 2019 at 12:10 AM.

 The sample was retrieved by ripping the bark off the pine tree. These two images are magnifications of the bark of the tree. It has circles, which may represent cells.
