Sample collected from pothos plant in my room in Avery House on 5/31/19 at ~7pm. Piece of stem was cut from plant with a pocket knife. The same knife was used to slice a thin layer (not a cross-section, but a lateral slice) of the stem, which was placed onto a slide and observed through a foldscope.
Plant cells can be seen arranged in straight, thin rows.
