<p>
 I was eating my breakfast at Simon Fraser University in BC Canada 🇨🇦 and I wanted to try out my Foldscope. I’ve been told my entire life that yogurt is made from milk by a particular bacteria culture. So, I thought I would check it out. I’m a novice with microscopes, though I usually have pretty good success getting a sharp crisp image to appear.  Attempting to couple my phone camera to my Foldscope has proven kinda tricky.

 I have taken a short video of first where I collected my sample, then posted a video of what my microscope and phone saw. The big dark thing is a seed (rasberry I think) and the yogurt is surrounding the seed. #skookumsfu
</p>


So…yogurt, full of bacteria
