Bacillus sp Bacillus sp is isolated from the drinking water sample. It produced endospores that have the ability to resist heat, chemical treatment and radiation. Bacilli are ubiquitous, they can survive in the environment for many years due to the formation of spores. It produced central, terminal and lateral endospore.
