A workshop was organized on the application of foldscope as educational tools at Joybhum ME Madrassa situated about 56 Kms away from Goalpara town in the Chunari area on 28th August, 2019. Students were very excited to learn about the assembly and application of foldscope. They learned how to assemble the different parts of foldscope along with observation using camera phone. More than 50 students participated in the workshop along with the head master Mr. Ruhul Amin, Asstt. teacher Mr. Mohir Uddin Mondal and other staff. The school authority offered vote of thanks to the department of Zoology, Goalpara College for selecting their school, which is located in a very remote village of Goalpara district.
