I found this ciliates in stored dirty rain water it was a bit green in colour. When I took some rain water on slide and covered it with cover slip and observed it under a foldscope I found some ciliates but when I applied some pressure on cover slip they were braking and all stuff inside them comes out this is called mechanical lysis.
