Date : 1st & 2nd Mar 2019 Place : Mumbai, Maharashtra Twinning Partners : Dr Sewali Pathak, Bijni College, Assam & Dr Maya Murdeshwar and Dr Sujata Deshpande, St Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Mumbai, Maharashtra. Description : Dr Sewali Pathak visited Mumbai as part of the NER twinning project. Due to the semester-end exams in St Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Mumbai, a workshop could not be conducted. However, over the two days, Dr Sujata Deshpande, and Ms Siddhi Parab and Ms Jennifer Tellis, MSc Life Sciences students, accompanied Dr Pathak on Foldscope field studies to the Maharashtra Nature Park, Dharavi, and the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Borivali, Mumbai, respectively. (Dr Maya Murdeshwar could not accompany on the trips due to exam duties).
