A green LED light source and commonly available gel filters. Filters can be used in place of the polymeric sheets at reasonable cost due to the small size. A) Fluorescence foldscope imaging principle – 1) Microscopic glass slide, 2) Colour gel filters, 3) LED light source. B) Colour gel filters – fluorescence colors yellow, red, blue and green, green colour filter attached with LED light, C) Green gel filter attached onto the LED light and the light passed through by the green filter, its emit the green colour
