 Had a mug of coffee oceanside with the Foldscope &amp; also a supurbly magical artist. Fantastic experience.  We had talked microscopic things &amp; bacteria previously…so it was easy to unfold the conversation in that direction. First I told her About the Foldscope..then … dramatically pulled it from between the pages of a library book. Maximum Impact. Her eye locked onto a slide holding a bee wing and leg. Slowly I watched her hand tremble then tears fill her eyes. It was so amazing to share these visuals together. I was touched by her sensitivity toward the ‘topographical map of living things.’ And I was/am reminded that this tool can be a catalyst for other ways of feeling &amp; understanding life.   Following came a little flow of good thoughts. I’m happy these visuals help infuse the way we start to think of things.  Web of connections.  Cheers~
