The discoveries are always endless when you carry your Foldscope, a little tape, a paper slide, and use sunshine to provide ambient light.
After investigating the Manzanita Tree Blossom, I searched the internet to learn more about this tiny flower. I came across a web site from the
San Bruno Mountain Watch that included a post on the Manzanita flowers. Included was a video on high-speed buzz pollination and how it works.
Fascinating trail of new knowledge I learned from these little pink bell-shaped flowers I was walking by last weekend at my cabin.
