We introduced the foldscope and its features in the monday morning assembly to our students with a strength of 302 .The translated version of Mr.ManuPrakash’s letter was read out .Children and teachers were both excited to learn more about the Foldscope.We had the first session pre lunch with the set of boys from 8th std to view a blade of grass (arugampull – tamil) through the foldscope.Post lunch the same was repeated for our teachers – we viewed a couple of slides too from the lab – bacteria & stem cell.
Our boys took the dimensions of the slide & promised to prepare them the very next day.
Our sincere thanks to our HeadMaster Mr.A.Aravind for giving an opportunity to attend the workshp and TNSF for organising the workshop – A true boon to the student community.
