 Our Stanford Bio60 team went on an awesome trip to some ponds near the bay. Along the way, we came across snails of different shapes and sizes. This image of a snail’s gut was taken with the help of Manu Prakash. We noticed these interesting pigmented, petal-shaped cells. Any idea what these are?
