I liked the idea of an inexpensive microscope very much! I looked at dust picked up from a dirty table but was disappointed to not find any signs of life. I will try some other objects later. I felt that although the cheap lenses were great, the paper foldscope didn’t do a good job at helping the observer achieve and maintain focus. A simple and inexpensive screw based system may be able to do that easily and would be immensely useful. Moreover, vertical and lateral movement provided by the foldscope is not as important as staying in focus. That can be achieved easily by tiny movements of the slide itself. Thanks
