The foldscope came on Thursday and after 2 viewings of the videos, it was folded together.  It worked fine using ambient light and low power lens.  Then came to try the led light.  I am not sure if the condenser lens is necessary when using both the low power and high power lens.  When the low power lens is used it seems the light is too intense.  Also when the high power lens is used, the focus is tricky when used with cell phone camera.  Prepared slides are being used and the bone marrow sample worked well with the ambient light and low power lens.  The cell phone camera took an image of human ovary during ovulation.
