Working with shrimp hatchery people and they use Artemia, also known as brine shrimp used as live feed in shrimp hatcheries . Artemia cyst were stored in refrigirator( dormant condition) were kept in water and within 24 hrs they become active. Transformation of cyst to active form under foldscope
