Twinning with CMRIT for observation of magnetic nanoparticles using foldscope
Students of CMR National PU college ITPL had an opportunity to observe magnetic nanoparticles under foldscope. They were fascinated to see the magnetic properties of particles of FeSO4 as it moved towards the magnet even when in water. The magnetic nanoparticles looked spiky black circular to slightly elongated under the foldscope.
Students also observed various other chemical nanoparticles under the foldscopes
