 This picture is from low-fat yogurt. The experiment here is to use a pipette to extract some of the liquid that a yogurt container has. Put the yogurt liquid onto the slide and let it dry for around five to ten minutes. It will form a “mountainous” structure as shown in the image below. This picture was taken using the LED light that comes with the kit and an iPhone 4S.
