DBT Foldscope Scheme – “Foldscopes for diagnosis of rumen acidosis and parasitic infections in catte”.
Rumen fluid from an healthy cow was taken, and stained with MFS stain ( Methyl green Formaline Saline).
Entodinium species was identified under Foldscope. We were able to identify the various parts of the protozoa ( Figure 1)
