Wow! I really didn’t expect to see almost perfect cubes of salt. Sea salt is produced from the evaporation of ocean water or saltwater lakes. It undergoes very little processing so it still contains many natural minerals and comes in a variety of coarseness levels. It has the same nutritional level as table salt, although it is preferred by many gourmet chefs.
