Bryce Kim – 4th Grade – Bozeman, MT – Sunflower Seed What I found : Deep gashes in seed. Darker yellow in some places than others. Surface similar to Europa.
What I expected to find : A green, bumpy, uneven, surface.
What I thought of the Foldscope : I assembled the Foldscope by myself. The instructions were pretty easy to follow. The hardest part (which wasn’t very hard) was probably the weaving, because the slits were attached to the main part and it was hard to open the slts and get the parts through the slot.
Other objects I would like to look at under the Foldscope : grass, hair, wood, metal, water, soap, ink, glue, paper, skin.
