Foldscope Training Programme was organised at Heirok Higher Secondary School, Heirok, Thoubal District, Manipur on 10 th November, 2018. The School is 35 Km away from the G.P. Women’s College, Imphal. 35 students of class IX to XII standards were participated in the training.
A lecture programme was given about use of foldscope and its installation. Observation of permanent slides with the foldscope was demonstrated to the students. Some slides were also prepared by the participant students. Students were also taught how to take photographs under foldscope using mobile phone.
