After the FabLearn Conference 2015 at Stanford, I played around with my new foldscope. I have 60 5th graders with my teacher partner at Vallejo Mill in Fremont Unified School district who are learning about cells right now. I put grass under it, then my own strand of hair and have been enjoying discovering new observations. Thank you for showing me how to get this tool to my students. I am also the Design Thinking director for Workshop Education- an after school program serving 400 kids k-8 throughout the Peninsula and will be training 15 teachers how to assemble it.
