 Foldscope served as the medium to capture  images of
 
 Saccharomyces cerevisiae .
 
 First image is of a normal yeast suspension (in media), used to prepare slides and then observed under foldscope. The second image is of a Methylene Blue stained yeast suspension. When we take a closer  look at the images, budding can be observed.
