fig (1) fig (2) The first image (fig 1) was captured in the Princeton Community on Tuesday, December 4th, 2018. It is significant to note that this are is nearby buildings and a road. It was taken from a mossy section of open grass in an area that has a heavy human presence. It appears that there is a combination of dirt and grass molecules, but no identifiable micro organisms. This may be due to the fact that the microscope image is blurry, and therefore we are not fully able to identify any organisms. The second image (fig 2) was also captured in the Princeton Community on Tuesday, December 4th, 2018. It is from a nearby grass area, but specifically on a dirt patch. Within this image you can clearly see the dirt molecules, but no identifiable micro organisms. This could be perhaps because the microscope was unable to capture a closer look at the molecules. It could also be because the dirt sample was taken from the surface of the ground, and if we dug a bit deeper perhaps there would have been more organisms.
