This specimen was found on a tree near Jadwin Hall on Princeton University’s campus. It is possible that it’s some tree sap or just small pieces of bark from the exterior of the tree. When seeing it with better resolution (without trying to take a picture of it), you can clearly see plant cells in a comparable way to how they would look under actual lab microscopes.
