 What a neat idea! Putting the foldscope together was relatively easy, and there were lots of cool facts included on the cutouts as you put it together. You could learn as you put it together! And the foldscopes worked in good detail! Here is a brown leaf I looked at, backlit by a flashlight. I found the leaf on Princeton University’s campus next to a building and pretty close to a road and sidewalk.
