 For our Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EEB) lab at Princeton University, we used Foldscope to view samples of a species of interest. I viewed a plant leaf that collected from in front of the lab where our class takes place. The process of constructing the foldscope was frustrating at times because many of the instructions were misleading. This exercise should be designed to be done in groups since it was really helpful to ask questions in the group and understand how it is done. I think it is very original as I have not done anything similar before.
