The earthworm hatched from the cocoon is subjected to microscopic observation under foldscope. We observed the free flow of coelomic fluid in the coelomic cavity of the worm. The targeted drug (Triphala extract) is directly injected into the coelomic fluid so that it can be carried to all body cells of the earthworm. The interior organs are not well developed, but the intestinal layer is clearly visible with minute quantities of soil in it. The hatched earthworm is 2-3 mm in size.
