Congress grass is one of the most wide invasive plant in Manipur. They are weeds without used and seem to cause allergic reaction when touch. In an attempt to see the pollen grains a branch of flower twig was taken and prepare the pollrn but aphids and thrips are seem to be sucking the sap from the branch and flowers. Pollen gtains were comparatively small.
