Pollen grains

<p>
 I was wondering about mosquitos sting
</p>
<p>
 I thought it would be something like a pointed needle or similar . I was amazed to see that it was completely like a crab hand.
</p>
<p>
 I trapped a mosquito in a slide and viewed its sting
</p>

Mosquito mouth

<p>
 Has any one tought of leaf respiration. Stomata can be called the nose of a leaf. I have got some samples of leafe and slided into my foldscope.
</p>
<p>
 Its kind of hard to record working stomata cells as my tablet is big and hard to hold with foldscope.
</p>
<p>
 How did I made stomata slides.
</p>
<p>
 Take a leafe keep it in water for about 1 hour.
</p>
<p>
 Dry it out stick a clear tape on it and press hard
</p>
<p>
 Now hit with something like hammer or flat heavy object
</p>
<p>
 This will remove excess leaf and the epididymis will stick to the tape
</p>
<p>
 Now view it under foldscope thats it.
</p>
<p>

Leaf Stomata cells

<p>
 This post is fr8m a slide which I made months ago. The isect in this slide is arouf 0.25 mm . It is transparent and its lungs are clearly visible .
</p>
<p>
 I am not sure if thats really its lungs or not . Si please commemt on your opinion.

Insect and its LUNGS

<p>
 I was always amazed to see water samples.But all of the water samples i collected did not have any living organisms.
</p>
<p>
 The one i collected few days ago was my first successfull live water sample.

 I got 2 basic classroom  foldscopes from youtuber MIKE KENNEDY
</p>

 Thanks to him. I turned ome in to darkfield by breaking a cd player. Took out a lens used my moms bindi to stick on its back and taped it to magnetic coupler .
</p>

 I am trying to make diy led source from led with a potentiometer. I am skilled at soldiering though 14 years.
</p>
<p>
 I am uploading another of milk slide.

 I was working on a new design of foldscope. I had An idea of creating quick chnage in foldscope and make it darkfield and brightfield side by side . so that you can quickly change between darkfield and bright field .

Darkfield Foldscopy

 Alert    I’m Toooo lazy to type

 hey i have put my blood when i got hit by a sewage rod and got cut in my thmb andits all algae and other bacterias present got into my blood so i put my blood on the slide and made a video of that .
</p>
<p>
 i have made both in darkfield and bright field and the baccterias are visible in darkfield moving around sticking to blood cells
</p>
