Has any one tought of leaf respiration. Stomata can be called the nose of a leaf. I have got some samples of leafe and slided into my foldscope.


 Its kind of hard to record working stomata cells as my tablet is big and hard to hold with foldscope.


 How did I made stomata slides.


 Take a leafe keep it in water for about 1 hour.


 Dry it out stick a clear tape on it and press hard


 Now hit with something like hammer or flat heavy object


 This will remove excess leaf and the epididymis will stick to the tape


 Now view it under foldscope thats it.
