 , a genus of peritrich protozoan. It is one of the very first protists seen by Antony van Leeuwenhoek who observed it through the lens of his simple microscope in the late seventeenth century.

 has a bell-shaped body with a ciliated in the oral cavity at one end and a long stalk on the other.

 reproduces asexually by mitotic cell division (Noland and Finley 1931). They are sessile freshwater forms reported from different habitats like moist soil,  mud and plant roots (Neumann and Martinoia 2002).In our previous study, we reported that

 The Jalgaon , is famous city for  high temperature in summers Maharashtra, India is (20.997984°N 75.566711°E.)
 
 Maharashtra, India). We observed heavy infestation of Spodoptera caterpillar on neem plant, in the month of October- November 2018,  whole Neem (Azadirachta indica) plant population are converted in leafless branches.  To find solutions and avoid the future attack on the pesticide-resistant insect on cash crops of Jalgaon. We decided to find some natural controlling agent for the pest. As a primary step of work, We collected some larvae’s, on the field and primarily by using foldscope we observed naturally infected larvae’s and adult. We are able to isolate a naturally biocontrolling fungi which are growing on Spodoptera caterpillar larvae as well as the adult.

 Cyclopoida
 
 are small crustaceans from the subclass Copepoda. Similar copepods, members of Cyclopoida are small, planktonic animals living in the freshwater and  sea habitats. They are  characterized by their  rapid movement. Their larval development is metamorphic, and their embryos are  in paired or single sacs attached to first abdominal somite. Recently those are attracted as Effective Green solution for Mosquito vector control. They are selectively feed on
