Today we delved deeper into potato flesh and their skin. This post will highlight the aspects of the potato peel. Personally, i found the potato peel more interesting than the actual flesh. All the cells and their walls were very clearly visible and the color was definitely standing out. Unlike the flesh, the peel actually had a light brownish color and there was no starch visible. The cells were shaped in small cellular boxes.
