Tea and Coffee are the two most common drinks in most parts of the world.

However, I had never seen their plants and recently visited Wayanad, Kerala, India.

It had huge plantations of Tea and Coffee.

How could I miss the opportunity to Foldscope its pollen grains?

I was lucky enough to find the flower of a tea plant as it is not that important and therefore not maintained. However, finding flowers in Coffee was not that difficult as it is the fruit that is used to make coffee, so flowers are maintained.

Here are photos of pollens of both tea and coffee plants.
