I noticed a rose petal had fallen off my bouquet of roses, and thought it would be neat to see under magnification. The red colour is very vibrant, and individual cells are visible. There are also "veins" that spread throughout the entire petal. This image was taken from a portion of the petal near the base, but the petal appeared much different near the outer edges. It had lost much of its colour and was drier, likely because it was cut from the water source earlier than the base portion.
