<p>Hi! I&#x27;m Ziva, and I just started the &#x27;Microcosm&#x27; course in Ashoka University. I am and always have been a science and art inclined student, and I figured this course is great! 😃😃😃 I also I did not think this course would be as exciting as it is now, and the foldscope is really an amazing tool. Even after this course, I will definitely keep experimenting and exploring more. ❤️ Day 1 was thrilling and I observed &quot;Fern Rhizomes&quot; and &quot;Onion Cells&quot;. One thing that I found a bit difficult - It was hard to peel the thinnest possible layer for the onion observation, and I observed way too many air bubbles. Also, my phone camera is not that good- so the pictures aren&#x27;t really first class...😅 Attached below are some of my pictures and drawings.
