Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA) is cell cycle protein and its expression shows the proliferation and cell division. Immunolocalization of PCNA shows a very clear staining around seminiferous tubule. The brown dot shows localization of PCNA in spermatogonia.
