Dandelion petals. also known as Achicoria Amarga, is a species from the family of Asteraceae. Generally considered as a weed, although it would be more correct to say “adventitious herb”, its leaves are consumed in salad and have been attributed numerous medicinal properties.

This flower was taken from the vegetation of playa Colún located in Valdivia. Chile
