This image was taken using a foldscope on 04/08/2019 at 7:15 PM at the Brode Center while observing a sample taken from the turtle pond. It depicts a bacterial cell in water which was presented on the microscope slide and the sample was obtained during the afternoon of the same day.
a. The domain is Bacteria which is known by the relative size of the image captured and the magnification of the foldscope as well as the typical specimens found in the turtle pond. The cell appears to have no nucleus which is also indicative of the domain Bacteria.
