This video is a video of a small organism swimming in a sample taken from Caltech’s baxter pond. The time was about 8:00pm and the sample was taken with a cup (from Ta). The water was transferred to a slide using a disposable pipette and observed through a foldscope lens on an iphone X camera.
The magnification of the foldscope lens is 140x, and the magnification used on the phone is 1x. Thus, the total magnification is 140x. The length of the video on my phone screen is about 11.5cm, and the length of the organism is about .5mm. All together the organism appears to be about 3.6e-6 meters or 3.6e-3 mm.
