The image above is of flower pollen. The pollen is approximately of an oval shape and bright yellow, translucent in color.
The sample is obtained from a yellow lilies right next to the turtle pond around 4 PM, 5/8. The flower is cut off with a pair of scissors. The pollen was rubbed onto the slide with a damp cotton bud.
The plant is citron daylily (Hemerocallis citrina), or called long yellow daylily. Description about the plant can be found at the Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemerocallis_citrina .
