The anther with pollen in it of the rosa multiflora under foldscope This is the image of anthers and pollen of the rosa multiflora under foldscope. The picture was taken by a cellphone and therefore the resolution was not very satisfying. The anthers were brown with some small spots in them. Those spots were identified to the pollen.
The position where the sample was obtained The sample was obtained from a rosa multiflora beside the Broad and it was prepared around 7:30 PM on Thursday (05/09/19). Several anthers were taken from one flower and ground carefully. Then they were loaded to the glass slide and observed under the foldscope.
The white rosa multiflora which provides the anther and pollen The pollen belonged to the Rosa multiflora. The classification of the flower is Plantae, Angiosperms, Eudicots, Rosids, Rosales, Rosaceae, Rosa, R.multiflora.
